About the Program

There’s strength
in numbers.
And letters.

StrongerMemory℠  is a breakthrough program that helps improve brain health by strengthening recall and focus through simple writing and math exercises.

  • It all began with a mom and her son

“In 2011, my mom Wendy was repeating herself, forgetting conversations and getting lost in familiar places. There was no standard program to help her. I worked with experts to develop StrongerMemory. My mom began daily reading, writing and math exercises to improve her brain health.

Today, my mom teaches bridge and gives presentations about her brain health journey. I encourage you to join my mom in this simple program. You could see progress after only 30 days.”

  • “It’s great to know we can be a ‘positive’ resource for people concerned about memory loss/dementia by offering a free, virtual program to caregivers who said they needed something. Now this is an engaging part of their day where they’re spending time together. “

  • “We like coming to the weekly meetings and the socialization of the group. It has provided us with a lot of information. There is a real sense of comradery. We enjoy tracking the progress of our efforts with each activity. And the reading activity is especially enjoyable.”

"Thank you, Mr. Liebreich, for sharing this freely… You could have held onto it for yourself and your mother, but you chose to share it with everyone—and for that, we are so grateful."

This powerful quote came from one of the 195+ individuals who joined our StrongerMemory webinar on April 22, 2025, held in collaboration with the SDA South Caribbean Conference Health Ministries Department and Resilient Health Communities, Inc.

Together, we introduced the StrongerMemory program to communities across the Caribbean—sharing how just 30 minutes a day of reading aloud, writing by hand, and doing simple math can help boost memory, improve recall, and sharpen focus—supporting brain health at any age.

And now, we’re honored to announce the launch of a 12-week StrongerMemory program in Trinidad & Tobago—an opportunity to build healthier brains and stronger communities through simple, daily routines.
