Our goal is to provide initiatives that enhance cognition and memory and to promote brain health awareness in the wider community.

This powerful quote came from one of the 195+ individuals who joined our StrongerMemory webinar on April 22, 2025, held in collaboration with the SDA South Caribbean Conference Health Ministries Department and Resilient Health Communities, Inc.

Together, we introduced the StrongerMemory program to communities across the Caribbean—sharing how just 30 minutes a day of reading aloud, writing by hand, and doing simple math can help boost memory, improve recall, and sharpen focus—supporting brain health at any age.
